Main responsibilities
- independently contribute to the company’s growth in terms of market, methodology, technologies and offering;
- independently study, prepare and deliver consulting proposals, plans and engagements;
- provide hands-on consulting on process improvement projects;
- independently manage project management and delivery, setting timelines and how the project is carried out;
- manage the people involved in projects;
- structure and set up technical and commercial proposals for bespoke projects;

Requirements
- entrepreneurial spirit, independence, flexibility, organisational and management skills;
- a master’s degree in any discipline;
- 5–10 years’ experience in Operations at well-organised industrial companies; previous experience in continuous improvement teams or at consulting firms is preferred;
- knowledge of Lean methodologies;
- knowledge of technologies applied in industry. ICT skills are preferred.
- excellent interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to clients;
- good communication skills and an aptitude for training activities;
- methodological awareness of how to manage the people involved in change projects;
- a strong inclination for teamwork and for organising and coordinating operational resources.
